The story
Reva was built by Anurag, a software engineer, for his wife: something on her phone each morning that would tell her how capable, loved and beautiful she is. He found the category's apps charged $30–$90 a year and wanted an account, so he built one with no subscription and no data collection. What Reva earns will fund travel with her, and his photographs from those trips will be added to the app as free new backgrounds.
The angle
The leading affirmation apps charge $30–$90 a year. Reva asks for nothing up front and $19.99 once for everything, and it never collects a byte about you.
